Cassie McNeeley

Administrator

Cassie is the newest Director at Gordon Oaks, proudly serving as Administrator since January 2025. She earned her Category II Assisted Living Administrator License in August 2024 while serving as the Social Services Director (SSD) at the Skilled Nursing Facility next door. In that role, she provided guidance, support, and resources to long-term care residents and their families, ensuring their needs were met with compassion and professionalism.

With experience leading state surveys and overseeing compliance corrections, Cassie brings a strong background in long-term care to her role as Administrator. Her expertise and dedication have made for a seamless transition, and she remains committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for residents. When not leading the community, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys.

Bart Bosarge

Maintenance Director

Bart brings over 35 years of military and civil service experience to the Gordon Oaks community, along with a strong background in construction. His diverse skill set and problem-solving abilities make him an invaluable part of the team. When he’s not at the senior living community, he and his wife stay busy renovating their home. Bart also enjoys cooking and spending quality time with family.

Theresa Davis

Director of Nursing

Theresa began her nursing career after graduating from the University of South Alabama College of Nursing in 1987. With 38 years of experience, she has dedicated 22 of those years to Gordon Oaks. Before joining the community, she served as an ICU Charge Nurse, a Critical Care Home Health Nurse for high-risk patients, and an RN Case Manager. Additionally, she spent over 15 years providing RN consulting services to multiple assisted living communities.

While her career has included a variety of roles, Theresa’s true passion has always been senior living. She sees her work as more than a profession—it’s a calling to serve the Memory Care population with compassion and dedication. When she’s not at work, she cherishes time spent with her grandchildren.

Michele Grimes

Community Development Director

Michele earned her Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Business Administration from Spring Hill College. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles in marketing and development, including Manager of Marketing Services, Director of Development, and Marketing Director for a senior living community.

For over four years, Michele has been a dedicated part of the Gordon Oaks team, viewing her role as more of a ministry. She finds fulfillment in guiding families through the process of finding the right community for their loved ones. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and playing tennis.

Priscilla Dent

Dietary Manager

Priscilla joined Gordon Oaks in 2014 as a cook, quickly earning the respect and admiration of her colleagues and the residents she served. Her dedication and passion for providing quality meals led her to complete the Serve Safe Certification, paving the way for her promotion to Dietary Manager in 2024. Priscilla takes great pride in maintaining a clean, safe environment while making sure every resident’s dietary needs are met with care and excellence.

Ebony McCants

Memory Care Activity Coordinator

Ebony began her healthcare career in 2019 as an in-home caregiver, driven by a passion for helping others. In 2021, she earned her Medical Assistant diploma and spent two years in the field while also obtaining her Certified Nursing Assistant license. She joined Gordon Oaks in March 2024 as a Resident Care Assistant, where her dedication and ability to connect with seniors quickly stood out. Now, as the Memory Care Activity Coordinator, Ebony brings creativity and compassion to her role, enriching the lives of residents through engaging programs and meaningful interactions.
